Carlito Austria, CEOCarlito “Lito” Austria serves as CEO of RGE Agridev, continuing the vision of founder Robert G. Eduardo, who passed in 2019. With extensive experience in logistics and international business across the Philippines, the United States, Hong Kong, and China, he brings a global perspective to the company’s operations and growth. Since joining RGE in 2009, he has helped strengthen the company’s presence in markets in the US, Europe and Asia. Lito holds a degree in Industrial Management Engineering from De La Salle University and a postgraduate diploma from University of California, Berkeley. Under his leadership, RGE remains committed to delivering quality seafood products, supporting local fishing communities, and building long-term partnerships across global market.

Victor Martin Eduardo, President
Leading the family’s second generation, Martin harnessed his background in Human Resources by helping RGE be a globally ready organization. His combined passion for the business and analytical skills have created several revenue streams which has withstood market challenges. He has managed the company’s HR, Operations, Sales & Marketing departments since 2009 where he successfully planned and launched medium to large scale projects.
Martin credits his colleagues, family, De La Salle – College of St. Benilde and De La Salle University (Masters in Entrepreneurship) for his thriving career and role as company president.
