Inclusive in favor of PWD / Deaf
We work with the people most wouldn’t give a chance.
Years ago we took a chance on one person other businesses wouldn’t. Today we’re among the largest providers of work to people with disabilities (PWD) / Deaf in Cebu — and most have been with us over a decade. Today, 25% of our manpower belongs to that sector. We didn’t do it to feel good. We did it because they’re some of the best people we have.

No imported crab. Purely Filipino
Every kilo is Filipino.
Importing would be cheaper. Everyone in this business knows it. RGE has since stood up against importing crabmeat. There’s so much to be proud of not only with our natural resources but also with our capability to produce world class products. We work with Filipino fishermen throughout the country, so we find no justifiable alternative but to patronize our own — while simultaneously providing livelihood to Filipinos.

Honest labeling
What’s on the label is what’s in the tub.
Remember the Olive Oil Fraud? We would never blend in crab from other waters and still call it Philippine. Others, sadly, would go that far just to be cheaper. That act misleads the person who opens the tub — and chips away at the trust every honest Filipino producer depends on. So we don’t do it. One origin and properly labeled.

Marine stewardship
We’d rather lose the catch than lose the dolphin.
The The Irrawaddy dolphin shares the same waters our crab comes from. We pulled our operations out of the places it gathers to reduce bycatch incidents. The sea we leave our children should be better than the one we found.
