1999 - INAUGURATION
RGE opened its doors to importers and offered various Philippine seafood such as squids, scallops, crabmeat, etc.
2003 - HACCP CERTIFIED
RGE was the first to be HACCP certified despite earlier entry by other processors. This audit shows that the company's plant is compliant with regards to controlling and handling food safety hazards.
2010 - EXPANSION TOP EXPORTER AWARDEE | FOUNDING CHAIRMAN OF CRAB SUSTAINABILITY GROUP
As it has become a strong player in the Philippines, RGE has expanded its production area to accomodate frequent re-orders from abroad. Simultaneously, it has also been awarded as one of the top exporters in the region. It is also in this year that PACPI was formed. This was chaired by the company's CEO.
2013 - HALAL AND BRC CERTIFIED
While being Halal accredited confirms that the company's processes are acceptable to Muslim beliefs, being BRC certified on the other highlights RGE's capability to implement the food safety management system which is an integration of quality management and food safety procedures.
2015 - USFDA APPROVED
This audit checks RGE's operations to determine its adherence to US statutory laws and regulations pertaining to food safety.
2016 - PLASTIC TUBS AND EU ACCREDITATION
RGE's plastic tubs was successfully launched. It is also in this year that BFAR has accredited RGE as the first processor to be qualified as EU ready. This accreditation affirms that the company's operations comply to EU standards which highlights the traceability and control measures being done from the point of catching to shipping the goods abroad.
2019 - SIX DESTINATIONS
After its first shipment to Europe in 2017, RGE has reached 6 destinations in just 18 months.
2023 - 3 MORE DESTINATIONS
RGE made its first shipment to Thailand, Dubai, and Singapore.
